Once your order has been produced, packaged, and shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Duties and Customs Fees
For international orders, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means there are no additional fees due upon delivery, and your order will be delivered directly to you without customs payment requests.
In some cases, local authorities may require additional information to complete delivery. If this happens, our support team is available to help ensure your order moves through the process as smoothly as possible.
Tracking for international orders sent via standard shipping (DHL Global Mail)
If your order is shipped to Australia, Canada, Israel, New Zealand, or Singapore, you'll receive tracking updates all the way to final delivery. If your country is not listed above, tracking will be available from departure through entry to the destination country. You may be able to continue tracking your package through your local postal office’s tracking service.
