After you submit your order, we'll get right to work.  Most of our lenses are cut to order and typically leave our lab within a few days. 

Once your order has been produced, packaged, and shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number.

International Shipping Options

Our custom lenses are not eligible to ship outside of the United States.

At this time, we ship exclusively to the following countries: 

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Duties and Customs Fees

For international orders, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means there are no additional fees due upon delivery, and your order will be delivered directly to you without customs payment requests.

In some cases, local authorities may require additional information to complete delivery. If this happens, our support team is available to help ensure your order moves through the process as smoothly as possible.

To comply with local customs rules, DHL shipping is not available for the following countries: 

Argentina, Brunei, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, French Polynesia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mauritius, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey.

Tracking for international orders sent via standard shipping (DHL Global Mail)

DHL Global Mail tracking is available until your package arrives in your country. After that, final-mile delivery may be handled by the carrier listed under "Delivery by" through the DHL Global Mail link, or your local postal service.
