Processing Time for Custom Replacement Lenses
Turnaround time for custom replacement lenses depends on when we receive your frames. Once they arrive, our optical experts typically need 2–3 weeks to process your custom lenses before shipping them back to you.
Because the Custom Replacement service may ship via FedEx, we cannot ship custom lens orders to PO boxes or FPO/APO/DPO addresses.
