How to Start a Return or Exchange

If your item needs to be returned, you can start the process using our returns center. We will provide US customers a prepaid return label along with instructions for returning your product. International returns from outside the US are not eligible for free return shipping.

Warranty

We also warranty our products against manufacturing defects for a full year. If you have a warranty issue beyond the 60 day return period, submit a warranty claim and we’ll respond within one business day.
