60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want to make sure you are happy with our products, so we back everything we sell with an industry-leading guarantee. So go ahead, put our products to the test and if you're not loving them, most products can be returned within 60 days for a refund or exchanged for a different item.
Prescription Lenses
Prescription lenses are custom-made to order and are final sale. They're not eligible for standard returns or refunds.
Instead, they're covered by our Prescription Lens Accuracy Guarantee. If we make an error with your prescription lenses, such as an incorrect prescription or lens cut, we'll provide one free remake within 60 days of delivery. If we make another error with the replacement, we'll refund your order.
This guarantee does not cover if you changed your mind about a lens color or other lens options, or if you provided incorrect prescription information with your order. Contact us if you ordered the wrong thing — we may be able to offer a discount toward a new pair.
Custom Replacement Lenses
Custom replacement lenses require additional support. Contact us rather than starting a standard return.

For eligible products, start your return through our returns center. Have your order number ready. We will provide US customers a prepaid return label along with instructions for returning your product. International returns from outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

If your lenses don’t fit and you need to exchange lenses for a different frame model, contact us and an eyewear expert will help you find the right replacement.
