If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately with the subject line “Request to Change an Order” We generally process orders within 1-3 hours, and once our warehouse has processed and shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

If we aren’t able to catch your order in time to make a change, we can help you with an easy return for an exchange to make sure you get the right lenses.
